Most wonderful customer experience I had in years. A couple of years after I got my tower, the bottom drawer where we can collect the worm castings had a tiny crack and was leaking the enriched liquid out the bottom. I reached out and thanks to Frank Tecklenburg who answered my email during the week-end and at an outrageous time of the day who replied in a matter of minutes with a replacement part that I received a few days after. I am generally not the type which is very demanding but I just had to tell everyone this is the kind of customer service like we don’t come across often.
