Frank is doing amazing work and changing people's (and entire communities) lives by providing them the freedom to grow a substantial amount of their own fresh vegetables. It is a beautiful thing!

A couple of years after I got my tower, the bottom drawer where we can collect the worm castings had a tiny crack and was leaking the enriched liquid out the bottom. I reached out and thanks to Frank Tecklenburg who answered my email during the week-end and at an outrageous time of the day who replied in a matter of minutes with a replacement part that I received a few days after. I am generally not the type which is very demanding but I just had to tell everyone this is the kind of customer service like we don’t come across often. Kudos to all who work for Garden Tower 2 Canada and make this excellent product available to us Canadians!
